How to read the data (tips) :-
Sold vs Sale Vs Auc ->should get a fair price
Sold vs Sale -> some Sold data are mark-up price and is about 20-30% even 40%
Sold = Sale -> fair price
Sold > Sale -> possible mark up if more than 10% (if more data available)
Auc = how to identify ? the price is with decimal and not in round number
Developer Sale = how to identify? Normally consists of many listings and the asking prices with nice number like 888, 999
